Technology Services TechnicianWe are seeking a Technology Services Technician to support a major healthcare organization in Stony Brook, NY. This is a hands on desktop support role providing technical assistance to end users while supporting ongoing IT projects across the hospital environment.ResponsibilitiesImage, configure, deploy, and maintain Windows PCs, laptops, and other endpoint devicesInstall, upgrade, and patch Windows, iOS, and Android devicesTroubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral issuesInstall, configure, and support network printersProvide onsite and remote support for end usersSupport Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and OfficeDeploy software updates using enterprise deployment toolsParticipate in IT projects including workstation deployments and office relocationsMaintain accurate documentation and update service ticketsEvaluate and test new hardware and software solutionsWork closely with technical teams and end users to ensure successful project deliveryQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of desktop support or end user support experienceStrong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11 environmentsExperience imaging and deploying desktop and laptop systemsExperience supporting Microsoft 365 applicationsExperience installing and troubleshooting network printersFamiliarity with mobile device support (iOS and Android)Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, work under desks, and climb ladders as neededMust be able to work onsite in Stony Brook, NYPreferredExperience supporting healthcare environmentsExperience with SCCM, MECM, Intune, or similar deployment toolsExperience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administrationIf you're an experienced desktop support professional who enjoys working directly with users in a fast paced enterprise environment, we'd like to hear from you.
