You won't be filling a seat — you'll be defining what this position looks like and building something from scratch. University partnerships — Own the conversion from passive stop to active promotional partner. B2B & corporate accounts — Own the full cycle: identify, pitch, close, activate. Group travel, corporate agreements, recurring bookings.
️ Operational agreements — Own our stop network expansion. Negotiate agreements with rest areas, fueling stations, airports, and other locations to improve passenger experience and coverage.
️ Government & grants — Own relationships with agencies and build our grants pipeline from zero. Connect with local, state, and federal agencies. Identify and pursue grant opportunities (FTA, DOT, state programs) — this is virgin territory for us.
You have a track record of building partnerships that generated measurable results — not just relationships, actual revenue or value.
✓ You're comfortable navigating both a university administrator's office and a government agency's procurement process.
✓ Background in transportation, education, government relations, or hospitality — any field where relationships drive the business.
✓ English fluency required. Spanish is a meaningful advantage given who our passengers are.
