Technology Risk Management Director

Leading the identification and management of technology risk across the enterprise, the full-time salaried Technology Risk Management Director will drive a data-driven risk management approach focused on cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and third-party ecosystems while collaborating with senior leadership to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Oversee the execution of the Technology Risk Management framework, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory expectations Deliver data-driven risk insights and reporting to articulate risk posture and emerging risks to senior leadership Manage the end-to-end issue lifecycle, ensuring timely remediation of high-risk issues and continuous improvement of control maturity Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in Technology Risk, Cybersecurity, IT Audit, or related fields within financial services or regulated environments Strong understanding of technology risk domains, including cloud, cybersecurity, and third-party/vendor risk Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP
