Leading the design and development of innovative technology solutions, the full-time Technology R&D Lead Engineer will manage the R&D lifecycle, from experimentation to pilot deployment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Lead the design and development of prototypes and pilot solutions based on enterprise problems Evaluate emerging and mature technologies for business applicability and integration potential Provide technical leadership and mentorship across R&D initiatives, guiding design and development decisions Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field 7 years of experience in software engineering, product development, or emerging technology roles Demonstrated experience developing prototypes and production-ready capabilities Hands-on full-stack development experience, including modern frontend frameworks and REST or GraphQL APIs Strong familiarity with the Microsoft technology ecosystem, including Azure cloud services and AI tools
