Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technology Operations Analyst will provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance of technology systems for assigned Work Dynamics accounts, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Perform system administration tasks, including software installations, updates, and configurations to maintain optimal system performance Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to resolve system and application issues, escalating complex problems as necessary Develop and deliver user training programs while creating and maintaining documentation for system configurations and procedures Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in IT operations or a related role Strong technical skills in systems administration and troubleshooting Experience with scripting and automation tools Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements
