Joining a hybrid work environment, the full-time salaried Technology Operations Analyst will monitor and support Internet applications and distributed server platforms, providing incident management and cloud enablement support while collaborating with technical teams to enhance system reliability and performance. Key responsibilities: Perform 24/7 monitoring of Internet applications and distributed server platforms Provide level 1 & 2 incident and request support for middleware, Windows, and Linux infrastructures, as well as cloud enablement Support incident management, application releases, and disaster recovery activities while ensuring secure software practices Required qualifications: Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or a related field preferred Two or more years of application/infrastructure support experience Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and operating systems (Windows, Linux) Understanding of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices Technology certifications (e.g., AWS, ITILv4) are encouraged but not required
