About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead to drive Big Data processing initiatives using Spark on Google Cloud Platform. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements, perform technical analysis, troubleshoot issues, and support Agile delivery in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client interaction and stakeholder engagement
• Drive technical delivery of data processing solutions
• Gather and refine technical requirements
• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and distributed processing workloads
• Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with GCP
• Java
• Apache Spark

Nice-to-Have

• Apache Airflow
• Additional Spark ecosystem expertise

Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience with cloud-based platforms (GCP), data pipelines, and distributed processing frameworks
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment
• No certifications required
