Providing financial leadership and decision support for the Technology organization, the full-time remote Technology FP&A Manager will manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting while partnering with executive leadership to enhance financial transparency and strategic investments. Key responsibilities Lead weekly and monthly financial forecasting for the Technology organization Manage the annual budget and recurring forecast process Produce executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and variance analysis Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a technology or IT environment Strong understanding of financial modeling and reporting Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel and ERP systems
