Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for globally owning or supporting the following key duties:Perform BAU tasks for Apptio, including:Loading, validating, and reviewing data on a timely basisAnalyzing and creating dropout cost reportsResolving dropout through stakeholders or configuration updates needed in ApptioCategorization of vendor invoice line items/productsManagement of TBM office mailbox (access requests, stakeholder questions, etc.)Updating any SOPs, data dictionaries, or model documentation as changes are madeFind opportunities for process improvementsMap and transform large sets of dataDevelop an understanding of our TCO model and data sources from bottom to top“Reverse engineer” the allocations and data relationship tables to determine data flows and/or solve issuesProvide adhoc cost reporting & analysis for our stakeholdersStay current with Apptio’s new functionalitiesIdentify improvements needed in data quality and work with the data owners to implement governanceDevelop our TCO model to meet roadmap requirements:Creating & developing new allocation rules and objectsUpdating & creating new formulas and tablesBuilding new reports for usersSkillsEssential:Ability to work in a team environmentProcess oriented, logical problem solverExcellent skills in MS Excel (If statements, vlookup, pivot tables, etc)Bachelor's Degree, related to computer information systems, or equivalent experienceBasic financial understanding including budgeting, variance analysis, and financial statementsDesirable:Basic programming knowledgePower BI knowledge preferredApptio experience (migration, configuration, coding, reporting) is a plusTechnology Business Management Analyst CertificationLocation: Hicksville, NY (can they support remote?
