Job Title
Pay Range: $39.43hr - $44.43hr
Requirements/Must Have
- 3+ years of effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of business.
- 3+ years of experience with financial analysis, with the ability to compare, analyze, and propose recommendations.
- 3+ years of organization skills and attention to detail, with experience reviewing contracts and managing deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Administer the request for proposal/quote/information (RFX) process and the competitive bid process for technology vendor selection.
- Identify and assess technology vendors/products from a strategic perspective to ensure alignment with technology objectives.
- Execute transactional procurement activities such as order forms, SOWs, and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with sourcing and procurement policies.
- Manage business relationships with vendors, focusing on business issues and escalations.
- Plan and manage vendor business reviews, analyzing and rating key vendors.
- Prepare and deliver briefing documents, status reporting, and other data/reports on key technology relationships for senior management.
- Gather requirements from relevant stakeholders.
- Read, interpret, and communicate technology contract terms, partnering with legal to understand legal concepts and challenges.
- Work with Finance and Business Stakeholders to identify budgetary constraints and develop desired commercial terms.
- Negotiate pricing and other commercial terms, as well as Statements of Work and Service Level Agreements.
- Own overall responsibility for delivering finalized agreements in accordance with applicable timing requirements.
- Help develop vendor selection, negotiation, and relationship management processes and policies.
- Act as liaison for Technology Business Unit Stakeholders across various departments throughout contract negotiation and relationship management process.
- Maintain knowledge of sourcing, contract negotiation, and relationship management best practices and industry trends.
