Key responsibilities Support the development and management of technology and operational risk domains aligned with enterprise risk themes Translate enterprise risks into operational risk drivers and measurable indicators reflecting system operations Develop and enhance Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) using objective signals from system performance and incident trends Required qualifications Eight or more years of experience in technology risk, operational risk, or enterprise risk management Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms, and operational resilience Experience translating technical concepts and operational data into business-relevant risk insights Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Risk Management, Business, or a related field Demonstrated ability to develop metrics and dashboards that convert operational activity into actionable risk insights
