Technology & IP Transactions AssociateDirect Counsel is seeking a Technology & IP Transactions Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join a premier technology transactions practice handling sophisticated intellectual property, technology, and commercial transactions across a broad range of industries.This is an exceptional opportunity for attorneys interested in advising innovative companies, private equity sponsors, investors, and strategic acquirers on technology-driven transactions.
