GFI Digital is seeking a Technology Alignment Manager (TAM) to proactively align client environments with our standards, using myITprocess and IT Glue for documentation. You will work with the vCIO and ROC to reduce reactive support by identifying gaps and ensuring proper onboarding.
The TAM will perform onsite and virtual visits, maintain comprehensive client overviews, and contribute to the Technology Alignment Committee, while communicating clearly with clients and internal teams.
