To support client-facing technology strategy in the Data Center vertical, the full-time remote Technology Advisor will assist in developing technology strategies, conducting research, and preparing client deliverables under the mentorship of senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Support the development of technology strategies for assigned accounts, focusing on DCIM, CMMS, and BMS/NOC platforms Assist in tracking client sentiment and identifying opportunities for account growth Help coordinate and document operational issues related to data center technology delivery Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in data center infrastructure or related technology/consulting field Working knowledge of DCIM platforms and data center operations technology Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly materials Eagerness to be mentored and grow into an independent advisory role Strong written and verbal communication skills
