This role involves providing hands-on instruction to technical staff and residents in specialized procedures, overseeing the quality of examinations, and coordinating scheduling with referring physicians and radiologists. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory, managing equipment repairs, and documenting preventive maintenance (PM), equipment downtime, and quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all technical activities within the Interventional Radiology department
- Instruct technical staff and residents in specialized interventional procedures
- Ensure high-quality imaging and compliance with departmental standards
- Collaborate with referring physicians and radiologists for exam scheduling
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels and equipment functionality
- Track and document equipment maintenance, downtime, and quality control activities
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Registered Technologist (R) - ARRT
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced ARRT certification in Interventional Radiology
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a clinical setting
