Key Responsibilities:Develop, organize, and maintain SharePoint-based documentation for AI tools and platformsTranslate complex technical concepts (AI models, SaaS tools, workflows) into simple, user-friendly contentStructure content to optimize readability, discoverability, and usability by both humans and AI agentsCollaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to gather technical information and requirementsCreate documentation such as:Knowledge base articlesUser guides and how-to documentationFAQs and troubleshooting contentProcess documentation and workflowsMaintain consistency in tone, format, and structure across all documentationContinuously refine content based on user feedback and evolving AI capabilitiesExperiment with new documentation styles and AI-driven content approachesEnsure content aligns with fast-changing priorities in a dynamic environmentEssential SkillsCreate various types of documentation including user guides and FAQs.
