Job Role: Technical Writer (for API Documentation)

Rate: up to $110k/annum

Roles and Responsibilities
- Write Technical Requirements in a business-friendly context for better Product Owner and Business User alignment.
- Provide demos and communicate effectively to larger, varied audiences.
- Deliver Current and Future State diagrams, diagram and document Process Flows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years working in Banking, Credit Cards ideal.
- 3+ years working in a Technical Writing capacity.
- Accomplished API Technical Writer, rooted in best practices.
- Including knowledge and understanding of REST, Response, Payloads, etc.
- Provide consistent format and a plan to keep API documentation up to date.
- Technical while Business savvy, able to diagram and document for both Technical and Business audiences.
- Competency in delivering demos and explaining documentation to such audiences.
- Experience and expertise providing current and future state diagrams and process flows. Interested in samples if you are able to provide.
- Available, Responsive, Responsible, and ready to hit the ground from day one.
