We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer / Contracts Specialist with strong expertise in drafting and managing agreements, healthcare IT, and contract documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience drafting and executing MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements.
- 5+ years of experience with legal, privacy, security, finance, and procurement processes.
- 5+ years of experience managing document repositories in SharePoint.
- 5+ years of experience with Health IT, interoperability, or Health Information Exchange (HIE).
- 3+ years of experience with Medicaid Advance Planning Documents (APD) and federal funding processes. xzgxqkn
