For immediate consideration you must bring at least five (5) years of experience with demonstrated knowledge of the A/E/C industry, specifically developing VDOT proposals. RK&K has earned its reputation as a trusted partner, responsive employer and community steward.Basic ResponsibilitiesLeads, coordinates and/or completes all marketing activities for a range of offices throughout the firmCollaborates with staff to plan, coordinate, design, edit, and produce quality RFP and RFQ responses as well as shortlist interviews and other promotional materialDevelops, establishes and maintains marketing strategies to meet organizational objectivesMonitors, reviews and reports on marketing activities and resultsMaintains marketing databaseAttends conferences and/or meetings as neededRequired Education, Skills and QualificationsBA or BS in Marketing, Business Administration, English, Journalism, Communications or related discipline5+ years of experience developing creative/dynamic proposals and presentations in the A/E/C industryDemonstrated experience developing VDOT proposalsAdvanced abilities in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPointExperience coordinating, preparing, organizing, composing, and completing proposals (custom format, SF 330, etc.
