Technical Writer / Instructional Designer with 4-6 years of experience to own our technical and educational content lifecycle. You will translate complex infrastructure setups into clear, structured Enterprise IT documentation, architecture guides, and user workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Documentation: Author and maintain comprehensive architecture diagrams, runbooks, and infrastructure specifications.
Systems Management: Utilize and optimize standard workflow and document-management systems to organize internal libraries and training assets.
Instructional & Business Alignment: Analyze business workflows to design bite-sized training modules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and functional guides for both engineering teams and stakeholders.
