Technical Writer

Are you an experienced Technical Writer with a strong background in petrochemical, refining, or industrial manufacturing environments?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who can transform complex engineering and operational information into clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation.

What You’ll Do:-

• Develop, edit, and maintain operating procedures, maintenance manuals, work instructions, standards, training materials, and engineering documentation
• Work closely with SMEs, engineers, operations, maintenance, and project teams to gather technical information
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and practical documentation
• Review and update existing documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Support document control, version management, and change management activities
• Participate in technical reviews and document approval workflows
• Create documentation supporting safety, reliability, compliance, and operational excellence

• 10+ years of experience in petrochemical, refining, or related industrial manufacturing environments
• 6–8 years of technical writing experience supporting engineering, operations, maintenance, or capital projects
• 6+ years of manufacturing experience with strong knowledge of industrial equipment and process operations
• Hands‑on knowledge of pumps, valves, reactors, distillation/stack columns, heat exchangers, and process units
• Strong understanding of refinery/petrochemical process units and operating procedures
• Strong technical editing, proofreading, and document management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
