In this position, you will create new and/or update existing user guides within the Commercial Equipment and Vehicle Finance group. A strong knowledge base of the CEVF Access portal and the ability to work cooperatively with other teams are a must.Technical Writer Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlan, develop, organize, write and/or edit user guides, training material, and operational proceduresProduce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audienceUtilize a variety of media forms; include images, charts, mobile devices and tablesAnalyze current content and make improvements as necessaryAnalyze documents to maintain continuity of style of contentWork against a timeline and administrative guidelinesManage version control through multiple stakeholdersTechnical Writer Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's Degree, preferredTechnical writing certification or equivalentExperience in technical writing of Banking Procedures, User Guides, and Training documentation requiredExperience in Underwriting, Payments and Commercial Banking preferredProficiency in MS OfficeAbility to interact with all levels on an organizationStrong attention to detail; ability to be precise, succinct and efficient in word choiceSkilled in information technologyExcellent verbal and written communication skills
