Technical Trainer
Shafter, CA | Full-Time | $70,000-80,000
A growing organization is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to develop and deliver vocational training programs focused on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. This role will work closely with field technicians to create engaging training materials and provide hands-on instruction that supports employee development and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for employees.
- Create curriculum, presentations, and training materials based on field operations.
- Lead classroom and hands-on training sessions.
- Translate technical concepts into effective learning experiences.
- Support workforce development and ongoing training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead training initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Previous training, instructional, technical education, or field experience preferred.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
