This role assists the Senior Trainer in delivering instructor-led training in classroom settings and provides individual and small-group support to ensure participant comprehension.The Technical Trainer plays a key role in supporting training logistics, reinforcing learner understanding, and building toward greater facilitation capability over time. This position is on-site and requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one.What You'll DoTraining Support and Delivery Assist the Senior Trainer during live, in-person MRO training sessions across assigned functional areasProvide one-on-one and small group support to participants who need additional explanation or clarificationHelp manage classroom logistics including attendance documentation, material distribution, and room setupPre-class Readiness Escalate learner issues or concerns to the Senior Trainer or Training Coordinator as appropriateSupport pre-class preparation by reviewing materials, job aids, and system scenariosConfirm access and environment readiness in coordination with the Senior TrainerParticipate in internal dry runs and readiness reviewsApply pre-class checklists to ensure classroom and materials are ready prior to deliveryFlag and escalate any access or readiness issues to the Senior Trainer prior to go-liveSit-Behind Support (Receiving) Receive structured coaching from Senior Trainers during live deliveryApply real-time feedback to improve facilitation approach and instructional qualitySupport the Senior Trainer in maintaining classroom pacing and engagementSupport Role During Delivery Observe Senior Trainer delivery techniques and apply lessons to own facilitation developmentDocument learner attendance and issues accurately during each sessionProgram Support Provide backup instructor support at the assigned ALC as neededCoordinate with Training Coordinators and PMO on schedules, attendance, and reportingParticipate in train-the-trainer sessions to develop facilitation skillsSupport program improvement by flagging recurring learner questions or content gapsMaintain communication with the Senior Trainer and Training Lead on daily task statusCompliance and Reporting Adhere to contract requirements and training standardsEnsure accurate attendance tracking and issue documentationMaintain clearance, site access, and travel readinessRequired QualificationsU.S. citizenshipBachelor's degree from an accredited institutionMinimum 1 year of instructor-led training experience in in-person and/or virtual settingsExperience providing over-the-shoulder support or small group instructionStrong facilitation and communication skillsAbility to travel between ALC locations as required (approximately 25%)Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain and maintain onePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting DoD, Air Force, or depot-level training programsFamiliarity with supply chain, logistics, or enterprise systemsExposure to Oracle-based or ERP-enabled training environmentsExperience training adult learners in operational or production-driven settingsConcept Plus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
