Responsibilities

  • Develop and update comprehensive technical training curricula tailored to the unique requirements of various departmental teams.
  • Deliver dynamic and effective training sessions to diverse groups, ensuring high engagement and retention of material, both through in-person and virtual channels.
  • Maintain expertise in cutting-edge industry technologies, incorporating them into training material to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the field.
  • Perform thorough needs analyses to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements, crafting strategic plans to address these areas.
  • Produce and upkeep an array of training materials and documents, providing a foundation for continuous learning and support across the organization.
  • Gather, evaluate, and act on feedback from all training initiatives, aiming for continuous improvement and effectiveness of the training programs.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including human resources, aligning training efforts with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Customize and adapt training delivery methods to cater to different learning styles and maximize accessibility and comprehension among all participants.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in a technical training role, with a track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.
  • A strong foundation in relevant technological domains and the capacity to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and the ability to apply them to create impactful training experiences.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the capability to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Certifications in relevant technical fields (such as Microsoft Certified Trainer or Cisco Certified Trainer) will be an added advantage.
