This role designs and delivers classroom and hands-on training on equipment, safety, standard work, and production processes for paper-based packaging facilities. You will assess skill gaps, create SOP-based curricula, and maintain training records to support compliance and operational excellence.
Partnering closely with operations, safety, and engineering, you will help drive a performance-driven, safety-focused, continuous improvement culture and support onboarding, upskilling, and career growth for plant employees.
