Leading a technical pod of full-stack DevOps/DevSecOps engineers, the full-time Technical Team Leader - DevOps will manage architecture, code reviews, and project management while contributing hands-on to the codebase and ensuring delivery quality in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end architecture across infrastructure, CI/CD, and application layers for cloud portal workloads on Azure and GCP Run the pod as project manager, overseeing sprint planning, status reporting, and release management Onboard new engineers and provide technical coaching to foster a culture of ownership and continuous learning Required qualifications 8+ years in software or platform engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven experience as a technical architect or lead with deep cloud architecture knowledge, preferably in Azure Strong skills in Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline design Hands-on coding experience within the last 12 months, especially with AI-first development practices Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
