Overseeing the technical infrastructure for the CA Bridge Connect helpline, the full-time Technical Systems Lead will manage system reliability, security, and efficiency while coordinating product development, vendor relationships, and compliance in a remote work environment with occasional travel within California. Key responsibilities Serve as the lead technical resource for the CA Bridge Connect helpline, managing integrated tools and systems Oversee the development and deployment of new features and technical solutions while managing project plans and timelines Monitor system performance, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues and maintaining thorough documentation and training for staff Required qualifications Five years of experience in product development, technology or systems administration, or technical project management Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (four additional years in a relevant field) Experience with cloud-based contact center platforms, preferably Amazon Connect Solid understanding of security and compliance requirements relevant to health information, including HIPAA Experience managing external technical vendors and overseeing technical integrations
