Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Specialist at MANSTRACON. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
