Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Support professional to provide technical assistance to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to users through phone, email, chat, and tickets.
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams.
- Maintain knowledge articles and technical documentation.
- Follow IT security, support, and company procedures.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support / Technical Support / Service Desk. xhqgsiq
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
- Experience with Office 365 / Microsoft 365.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
