Church Street, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 Engagement Type: Contract Duration: 09/01/2025 – 08/31/2026 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Interview Type: Phone and In-person Work Authorization: Must currently live in North Carolina To support this initiative, they are seeking a Process Improvement Analyst (Technical Specialist – Junior) to work collaboratively with leadership, staff, and IT teams to analyze current operations and redesign them for increased efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct interviews, workshops, and on-site observations to understand existing workflowsDocument end-to-end processes, systems, dependencies, and stakeholder rolesIdentify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, redundancies, and compliance issuesProcess RedesignCreate future-state process maps using Lean, Six Sigma, or best practice methodologiesRecommend improvements in workflow, technology integration, and organizational structureWork closely with IT teams and Business Analysts to align process changes with technical capabilitiesChange ManagementPresent redesigned processes to stakeholders and secure buy-inFacilitate workshops, training sessions, and pilot programsSupport phased rollouts and track effectiveness of changesContinuous ImprovementDefine and monitor KPIs for each redesigned processProvide recommendations for refinement post-implementationServe as an ongoing advisor for sustained process improvementsRequired QualificationsStrong business process analysis and workflow mapping experienceProven ability to engage with frontline staff, leadership, and technical teamsExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworksAbility to create future-state process designs and guide successful adoptionSelf-starter, comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
