Technical Specialist 3 – Etl Developer / Database AdministratorThis senior level resource will be responsible for designing, creating, and implementing data pipelines as well as maintaining project databases. Tasks will include data management support activities, data modeling, process documentation, and ad hoc reporting as necessary. Candidate must have experience developing automated ETL processes to normalize data from multiple sources in project databases and be able to create business user friendly Power BI reports based on this data.• 4-year college degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent technical study• 8-10 years of relevant experience to include:Extensive experience with database development toolsExperience in Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, and ETL processingExcellent problem-solving and quantitative skillsExperience with custom SSIS packages: configuration, performance tuning, and error handling and managementAdvanced SQL skills: writing and tuning complex SQL queries/scriptsExperience using Azure interface and products: Azure Data Lake, blob storageExperience in data modeling, database management and ETL processingExperience with developing complex Power BI reports using advanced features; knowledge of data analytics and generating business insightsProven work experience as an ETL developerExperience with delivering projects as part of an agile team
