Working remotely on a six-month contract basis, the Technical Sourcer - Hardware will proactively identify and engage specialized engineering talent for hardware positions, collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies. Key responsibilities Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to build pipelines of highly specialized engineering candidates Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, to identify and engage passive candidates Conduct initial candidate outreach and evaluate technical alignment before transitioning candidates to recruiters Required qualifications 3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience focused on hardware and engineering talent Strong understanding of hardware engineering concepts and terminology, including CAD and PCB design Proven ability to engage passive candidates for niche engineering positions Experience sourcing across various hardware engineering disciplines, such as mechanical and electrical engineering Proficiency with ATS tools, preferably Lever, and maintaining accurate sourcing pipelines
