As a full-time remote Technical Solutions Consultant, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, analyzing data, optimizing platform configurations, and guiding operational improvements to maximize the value of the company's AI-driven accounting platform. Key responsibilities Own the technical success and ongoing optimization of a portfolio of customers, serving as the primary technical point of contact Analyze customer data to uncover trends and deliver actionable recommendations while translating technical findings into business insights Configure and optimize customer environments, managing integration changes and troubleshooting complex issues in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in Technical Consulting, Solutions Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role Strong data literacy with the ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations Experience working with SaaS products and enterprise customers Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences Strong project management and organizational skills
