Serving as a Technical Closer and Strategic Co-Pilot for the revenue team, the full-time remote Sr. Technical Solutions Consultant will partner with Account Executives to validate complex requirements, navigate global HRIS integrations, and translate high-level HR philosophy into technical solutions for mid-sized to large enterprises. Key Responsibilities Embed in the sales cycle as a proactive revenue partner, adapting to various sales styles and elevating deal strategy Conduct tailored high-stakes demonstrations and build integration architectures while managing technical execution Create sales enablement content and bridge communication between Sales and Product to influence the product roadmap Required Qualifications Experience in building products or API integrations with a strong understanding of how they work Proficiency with APIs, SFTP, SSO, and data migration, using tools like Postman for workflow validation Demonstrated sales grit and ambition, with a focus on deal velocity and urgency Familiarity with HR terminology and the ability to translate it for IT stakeholders Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage live demos effectively
