As a key member of the Implementation Team, the full-time Technical Setup Specialist will manage the technical setup process for new customers, facilitating Kickoff calls and ensuring accurate integration and configuration while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase for new customers Facilitate customer Kickoff calls and manage follow-ups to ensure setup progress Connect DMS and Scheduler tool integrations while troubleshooting initial scheduling errors Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in technical onboarding, implementation, project management, or IT support, preferably in a SaaS or automotive tech environment Strong understanding of software configuration, APIs, and integration workflows Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) or automotive CRM platforms Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple setup projects simultaneously Experience with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus
