Technical SETAThe objectives of the Technical SETA are to assist with the coordination, monitoring, communication, and integration of all technical aspects of the Program lifecycle that includes:Attend meetings, workshops, conferences, and testing events as a Subject Matter Expert.Assist with the development of workshops and presentations such as Program Management Reviews.Serve as a Liaison between Performers, Test & Evaluation (T&E) contributors, Government, and Transition partners.Provide any small-scale software development needed to more easily explain T&E results to the PM from the Government team.Review, provide analysis, and make recommendations concerning technical reports, data, and Performer approaches.Examine data sources and literary sources for emerging technology related to the Program.Provide technical support and expertise on new concepts beyond the Program within areas of expertise.What You Will Need:An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraphMaster's degree in mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related technical fieldTWO (2) years of experience working on machine learning or artificial intelligence technologies.TWO (2) years of technical program support experience, including but not limited to:Working within any software development group projectSupporting any type of digital communications project (not just wireless or radio frequency (RF)).Supporting the management of a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team.Creating program plans, work breakdown structures, and milestone schedules.What Would Be Nice To Have:PhD in mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related technical fieldONE (1) year of experience in the Intelligence Community (IC), including experience with requirements, CONOPS, and transitionTWO (2) years of experience editing scientific articles, papers, or presentations for a range of audiencesTWO (2) published first-author peer-reviewed scientific articles OR primary technical holder on TWO (2) US patent applications – within fields relevant to the technical backgrounds identified in 4.1The annual salary range for this position is $100,100.00-$150,400.00.
