Key Responsibilities
Supplier Qualification
* Lead document collection, review, and approval for new and existing suppliers
* Ensure supplier compliance with company and regulatory standards
Compliance & Certifications
* Support certification programs including Organic, NSF, GFCO, and Non-GMO Project
* Coordinate documentation and submissions for regulatory compliance
Technical Documentation
* Create, review, and maintain Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs)
* Develop and update Finished Product Specifications
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with Supply Chain, R&D, and Quality teams to support product development and launches
* Ensure smooth communication and execution across departments

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
* 1-2 years of experience in the nutritional or dietary supplement industry preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Working knowledge of GMP, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations
