This role is onsite and is based in our Savannah, GA office.Responsibilities:Provide WOW! Level Service by responding promptly to customer requests, ensuring efficient job completion, conducting routine site visits and developing customer intimacy by serving as the main point of contact for all prospective and existing customers.Effectively manage an extensive book of clients by providing technical support to EH&S staff and Triumvirate onsite personnel in all aspects of Hazardous Waste Management. Assist with regulatory compliance and characterization of chemical, biological and radioactive waste.Prepare documentation for transportation of chemicals to appropriate disposal facilities.Assist Account Managers with the coordination of bids, proposals, and quotations for services such as lab packs and drum disposal, lab moves, onsite support services and field service-related projects.Maintain and grow existing customer base by providing quality control and following up with requests.Collaborate with Finance and Operations to process job folders, including appropriate job costing and invoicing by the set timelines.Work with Project Managers and Account Managers to understand financials and assist with the preparation of forecasts and various financial models.Perform monthly COGS reviews of certain service areas to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial results while finding ways to maximize gross profit.Basic Requirements:Proven organizational and time management skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAttention to detail with the ability to keep the big picture in mindExcellent soft skills; ability to work well with clients and co-workersComputer skills: MS Word, excel and ability to learn internal computer softwareKnowledge of RCRA and DOTValid US Driver's LicenseApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipMust be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorshipMust have a reliable form of transportationBachelor's Degree requiredPreferred Requirements:Prior industry experienceBesides Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, we contribute to a 401k, offer a generous tuition reimbursement program, TONS of safety training for some positions with opportunities for external trainings and certifications, Mentorship & Career Succession Planning, Relocation Opportunities, Auto/Home insurance discounts, pet assistance discount plans, discounted movie passes & more!Triumvirate Environmental is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
