Technical Services DeveloperResponsibilities:Performs compliance-based customer project functions such as device imaging and configuration of deployment of technology equipment – enterprise or endpointDesign, develop, and maintain scripts using PowerShell or other programming languages to automate system deployment processesConfigures systems to customer specificationAdopts the use of new imaging softwareCreates and maintains network diagramsDevelops work instructions for client projectsServes as a subject matter expert for clients and internal resourcesKeeps pace with new technologies related to our technical services modelConsults and works with clients during the product development stage (prototyping)Solves internal IT infrastructure incidents, works on problem managementAssists with defining future standards for internal IT infrastructureExperience:2+ years of infrastructure support and implementationProject management of IT initiativesScripting & Automation Experience w/ PowerShellExperience with Microsoft Deployment Tool Kit (MDT)Experience with Imaging using SCCM or other deployment toolsBackground with Active Directory & Group PolicyA proven team playerCyber Security exposure and competencyContinuous Improvement (Lean concepts)Desktop, network, server, cloud, MobilityDeep knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10 in particular)Linux knowledge a plusAbility and experience with assembling PC hardware components.Preferred Certifications: MCSA: Windows 10 Solutions Associate, CompTIA A+ / Network +
