Managing multiple flat file integrations, the full-time Services Technical Consultant will provide consulting services to clients during HCM implementation projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful data transmission and a positive go-live experience. Key responsibilities Provide consulting services and translate client requirements into flat file specifications Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver export files throughout the implementation lifecycle Analyze export files, identify project risks, and determine appropriate actions to resolve issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Five or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting Strong client relationship management skills Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously Understanding of common Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices
