We’re looking for a Technical Sales Manager with strong industry experience to lead customer growth and relationship management for our PCB Division .
What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business with OEM customers in the electronics, medical, and industrial markets.
- Manage key accounts — provide pricing, technical coordination, and project support.
- Partner with our global engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to overall sales strategy.
- Represent PalPilot at customer meetings and trade events.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in PCB, ODM/OEM, Components or EMS sales .
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- Proven record of sales growth and strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Based near Tustin, CA – hybrid work flexibility available.
