In this role, you'll become a trusted technical partner—both to our customers and across ConMet—helping manage our current aftermarket product portfolio while identifying, developing, and launching new additions to it. This customer-facing position calls on your engineering expertise and project leadership skills to build lasting relationships, drive new opportunities, and support world-class operations. This is an onsite (not hybrid or remote) office job working with our global wheel end Applications Engineering team in Vancouver, Washington. The full salary range for the position, across all geographies, is $91,000 - $157,000 per year. The upper portion of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time.
Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience. Targeted annual bonus is based on company performance to objectives during the fiscal plan year which runs from October 1 – September 30.
