Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
Direct Hire: Territory Sales Engineer
Travel: ~60% weekly within Dallas, TX
We’re looking for a Territory Sales Engineer to drive business growth by supporting existing accounts and securing new opportunities. This role is ideal for a technically minded sales professional ready to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Hit territory sales & growth goals through new business + account retention
- Identify market trends, competition, and opportunities
- Maintain clear communication with Sales Management on accounts, programs, and challenges
- Generate leads, share market insights, and represent the company at trade shows
- Build strong relationships with users & distributors to preserve and expand business
- Support fellow Outside Sales team members as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred) OR equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of technical sales experience (OEM sales a plus)
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel ~40-60% weekly
