Serve as a trusted technical advisor helping customers solve complex manufacturing challenges. Recommend spindle repair, rebuild, replacement, monitoring, and engineered solutions. Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and ROI-focused proposals. Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Engineering or technical manufacturing experience preferred.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of technical B2B sales experience.
- Background in CNC machinery, industrial automation, robotics, machine tools, motors, or manufacturing equipment.
- Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer challenges and develop value-driven technical solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Engineering or technical manufacturing experience preferred.
