What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow customer relationships across CNC, robotics, and automation markets.
- Generate new business opportunities and manage the sales process from prospecting through closing.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor helping customers solve complex manufacturing challenges.
- Recommend spindle repair, rebuild, replacement, monitoring, and engineered solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and ROI-focused proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of technical B2B sales experience.(MUST HAVE)
- Background in CNC machinery, industrial automation, robotics, machine tools, motors, or manufacturing equipment.(MUST HAVE)
- Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer challenges and develop value-driven technical solutions.
- Engineering or technical manufacturing experience preferred.
