Working remotely, the full-time Technical Review Specialist will review contractor invoices for property claims, ensuring compliance with industry standards, while collaborating with adjusters and contractors to resolve any deviations identified during the review process. Key responsibilities: Complete detailed reviews of claims against industry standards to identify potential deviations Coordinate with adjusters and contractors to discuss and resolve discrepancies in completed work Create estimates and sketches using Xactimate to facilitate the claims settlement process Required qualifications: High school diploma/GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferable Thorough knowledge of the company's products and services to assist in the reporting process Previous call center experience in a 24/7/365 environment Ability to work independently and seek support as needed Reliable high-speed home broadband internet connection is required for remote work
