Technical Recruitment SpecialistFlexjet is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Human Resources Department as a Technical Recruitment Specialist at our state-of-the-art Global Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio! This position will be responsible for the oversight of all company recruitment & selection functions and job placement. Additionally, this role will ensure candidates are a positive company culture and job specific fit.
This position reports directly to the Lead Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for full scope recruitment efforts (from initial sourcing, screening and testing, conducting background checks to offer acceptance, on-boarding and orientation) for all assigned positionsExecute recruitment and sourcing activities, including but not limited to direct sourcing, job fairs, schools, trade and industry networking, advertisements, internet posting, social media, active resume database searches, employee referrals, and outreach to appropriate organizationsPrescreen and schedule all potential candidates (program and company fit, salary expectations, eligibility, etc.)Evaluates applicants, conducts interviews and schedules interviews with hiring managersEnter, track and update all candidate correspondence in the Recruitment module of the HRIS to ensure accurate reporting and policy compliance with regulations and company policiesEstablish and maintain recruitment metricsPartner with hiring managers on recruitment plans and employee development programsCreate and maintain current job descriptionsData entry of new hires, employee discipline, employee status changes into HRISSupport the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives, such as: policies and procedures and HRIS improvementsCoordinate and attend industry expos, campus visits and university recruitment eventsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in human resources, business or similar discipline; 3-5 years' experience in HR related field preferably with exposure to all facets of the field; a combination of education and experienceRequired SkillsStrong interpersonal, (verbal/written, and presentation), organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills with the ability to work and build rapport with all levels are necessary to perform job at the expected levelAble to independently use MS Office products and other technology packages including social mediaAble to work in a team oriented, fast-paced environment, with the ability to self-motivate, handle multiple tasks, meet established targets, and work within critical milestonesStrong personal and work ethics and integrity; proven track record of flexibility and professionalismMust possess a passionate attention to detail
