To support the national defense and intelligence community, the remote Technical Recruiter with Clearance will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical AI software candidates, collaborating with leadership to define hiring priorities and develop sourcing strategies in a competitive market. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruiting for specialized roles in marketing, sales, engineering, AI/ML, and infrastructure Partner with executives and hiring managers to influence talent profiles and organizational design decisions Build proactive talent pipelines and improve recruiting workflows to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency Required qualifications Significant experience recruiting for highly technical roles in engineering, AI/ML, or security Demonstrated ability to successfully close difficult searches in fast-paced environments Strong sourcing capabilities with a focus on building relationships with exceptional talent Experience working closely with technical stakeholders on role definition and candidate evaluation High degree of ownership and ability to drive recruiting initiatives independently
