Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for a top engineering and mission-critical infrastructure client supporting its growing Life Safety organization. This individual will own full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized Fire Alarm and Life Safety professionals, including Project Leaders, Project Managers, Engineers, Programmers, and Commissioning talent. The recruiter will work directly with business leaders and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, build long-term talent pipelines, assess complex technical backgrounds, and support workforce planning for current and future projects. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on sourcing ability with enough Fire Alarm/Life Safety industry knowledge to confidently evaluate candidates on NICET certifications, NFPA requirements, construction project experience, fire alarm technologies, and technical qualifications. This is a highly visible, onsite recruiting opportunity for someone who enjoys owning difficult searches and partnering closely with operational leadership.
HotBook search priority: I would target recruiters coming directly from fire protection, electrical contracting, building systems, systems integration, or mission-critical construction environments first. Direct familiarity with NICET and Fire Alarm/Life Safety talent should be one of the quickest differentiators when reviewing the HotBook.
